Celebration is quality. Love it.

Don't mind that we aren't all getting to hot and bothered about his contract situation. Just keep the guy playing as he is for 11 more games (hopefully just 8 required )

He's pure Premier League class.

Some of these moments are absolutely outstanding. Thank you Brennan for staying loyal and wanting to see out the Stevie Cooper project.

God that was horrible. The euro vision style voice over, the guy who announced the winner looking like he wishes he was anywhere else, the presenter giving Johnson nothing to work with

"You've been described as one of the most exciting young talents..." what a great statement to give him something to go off! Weird how the guy winning YOUNG PLAYER OF THE YEAR has been described as that, I thought the award would go to an average old guy!

Papers are saying Brentford have allready offered Brennan a contract for next season, and he will move even if forest go up.....are they allowed to do that,
forest would not agree to that. I would like to think he would stay at forest if we go up. but then again forest would need to spend big if they go up. your thoughts on that please.

For me whatever happens we are a winner.

We are gonna get a small fortune for him if we don't go up which I trust the current setup to reinvest well.

If we do go up then he will stay and we get a fantastic player.

He still has another year left on his deal, so it makes no sense. You can only discuss contract terms when you have had a bid accepted.

If that was the case, then Brentford would be in trouble for ‘tapping up’ Johnson.

I can’t see it being true as BJ will be on the radar if bigger, more established Premier League sides.

Unless the bid was in January and Forest agreed to it as long as they could keep BJ for the remainder of this season...

Bullshit according to his dad. Idle paper talk.

I think we are going to receive a club record fee for him in the summer if we don't go up. His stock has absolutely skyrocketed since January. I don't want to see him go, but if it does happen then at least that money is in good hands.

Hopefully we get promoted and he stays though.

Sadly I can't see this being anything other than daily speculation in the press from the moment to season ends until he either signs a new contract or goes elsewhere.

If by nature you get irritated by this sort of press shit I'd advise staying away from you computers until the end of June at the earliest!

I’m a lot more comfortable than I was 6 months ago.

He’s been so good this year that it barely even matters that he is out of contract in 2023. Clubs will want him, and the fee will be huge if he has to go.

I still think he’ll stay if we go up though, probably with a relegation clause in place.
