Brum are (from memory) about £25m in the red to their banks, according to the BBC.

Parachute payment - even the new, larger one - is £48m over four years, so £12m a year (don't know of they'd get it in one lump or if it's drip-fed over the season).

So even with the parachute money there is still a rather large hole in their accounts...

Ridgewell is a total dick but a good defender. Will end up in the Premiership. I used to rate Murphy but he has not played because of injury the season before last and presumably because of Ridgewell's form last season.

If Brum do go in to admin I wouldn't give two hoots. Haven't got any time for many of these West Midlands teams for various reasons. Mainly there fans being gobby, nutcase, fat necked, chavs (Brum, Wolves, Stoke, Cov in particular).
