Allegedly MoN dropped him after learning that he was responsible for mass genocide and other crimes against humanity in the early 1990s.
Personally I think dropping him for a few games or fining him a week's wages would've sufficed.

Tbf last season Figs was apparently the reincarnation of Des Walker this season everyone seems to think he's 5th choice.

Always baffles me how players go from being a fan favourite to rubbish without playing. I always liked him, it has always taken him 4 -5 games to get into his stride my only concern was injuries.

Also baffles me how players go from being hated/not rated to the best thing since sliced bread when they aren't being played and the player in their position is playing poorly. Seems to work both ways.
