Gotta weird feelin the Hatters will get summat at Maine Road.

Surely not?
Well they've not lost a game at home all season, so most I fancy Luton to get is a point. And even that is very unlikely.

They’ve not taken a good hiding at any point this season and they play city in the middle of CL games. Still I reckon a 2-0 defeat and their GD intact.
They did lose the reverse fixture in the cup 6-2 at the stadium where they are supposedly indestructible.

I (Hope) think if City get an early goal it could be another big loss because the title race this year could come down to goal difference and at present they have the worst of the three contenders.

I dont think City will take chances on this. They know its a banana skin. Start strong and then bring the subs on early once the points are insecure.

I'd prefer to see a Shef Utd win over Brentford - noting Brentford's next 2 games, keep them in the mix.

The road to redemption is a straight shootout against Luton whichever way I look at it.

Brentford are picking up draws consistently, probably only need one more win, Everton have the experience of this gig year in year out, have a game in hand and now that the clouds of further docked points are lifted will find enough to get a couple of wins, one of which probably against us.

Today is a must win for Forest, followed by a must not lose next week. Anything less than 3 points from the next 2 and we are staring down the barrel.

Agree — it is us or Luton for the drop, could come down to GD. Need City to help us out in this regard today

So Brentford and Palace safe, Everton will be safe after their win against us next week, leaving us and Luton to fight it out.

Might as well start praying for a point or 2 back on appeal, as I think we'd need it.

It has been that way for a while (with only the potential of a big Everton points deduction bringing them into the fold).

Sorry but those who thought Brentford or Palace were involved in the relegation fight weren't living in reality.

That's Sheffield United about gone now.
Burnley dropped points and Luton got smashed.

It's just really f***ing annoying because we could have got an extra three points on Luton and Sheffield, plus an extra two on Burnley if we were better.

A very grim day indeed. Derby almost certain to be in the Championship next season and we are really doing our best to join them. Pathetic defending of a corner yet again and how many points lost from winning positions now ? 27 ? Ridiculous.

Biggest plus today was Brighton's equaliser, without which they would have been only 4 points behind, with us to play them in the last game.

In the last 4, Luton have won their only home game, we've won 1 out of 3. This could be crucial.

We'll need to win the Chelsea home hand and get at least 4 points away.

Those 2 draws vs Luton have been so damaging, win both and we'd be 7 points clear of the relegation zone.

Dropping 2 points today is very damaging to our chances of staying up. Our remaining home games are against City and Chelsea and we are shit away from home.

We need to beat Chelsea at home and hope for Luton to balls up at least two of their three very winnable home games.

Yeah, we are hoping Luton fail to pick up points rather than have any confidence that we can pick up enough to stay up, and that's a sad reflection on the season.

Even though we have been down there all season, early on, I wasn't that bothered seeing the lack of quality of the promoted sides. Kept thinking sooner or later these new players will plug the lack of quality from last year, plus having an extra years experience will pull us away in the end.

However this squad is unable to prevent dragging it out to the very end again, which is becoming concerning. I think we are lacking some more mature heads, I'd bring back Niakate back now.

Reyna bring forced in today due to Elanga might be help us in the long run. MGW fluent have to do it so by himself everytime.

Wolves and West Ham both away will be tough for Luton, but would expect them to get two wins from Brentford, Everton, and Fulham all at home. Would put it at 8 points for them.
