Consultants - borrow your watch and then charge you to tell the time! Wankers!
Auditors - parasites, stealing a living!
HR - cloud cuckoo land!
H and S - a necessary evil to protect folks from their own stupidity
Online courses to cover the businesses arse - complete waste of time and money, still annoys me that I got a bollocking when they found out my work wife had been competing mine for 3 years whist I got on with making the pricks money!
7 years since I though sod it, I’m going to work for myself. Miss the new car every 3 years but nothing else of the corporate BS life!
rant over - time for a beer!
Of course we were still able to cover it, though late, by selling our star player, that had been here since he was a kid. This was highlighted by the forensic accountant working with the Fans Trust. The PL disallowed a substantial amount at a very late date giving Forest no time to raise funds to cover it. The PL should be hung from the nearest tree for that alone.
Premier League rules provide for arbitration through through the independent panel and appeal process. (Rule W)What's the reason we can't just go straight to C.A.S
CAS would be explicitly prohibited under the following clauseX.2.2. that the seat of each such arbitration shall be in England and Wales;
X.2.3. that the issues in each such arbitration shall be decided in accordance
with English law; and
X.2.4. that no other system or mode of arbitration will be invoked to resolve any
such dispute.
Cheers mate knew there would be some reasonPremier League rules provide for arbitration through through the independent panel and appeal process. (Rule W)
Arbitration (Rule X) can only follow once Rule W is exhausted but it is limited to courts empowered by Section 5 of the Arbitration Act 1996. Rule X specifically limits arbitration to courts with jurisdiction in England and Wales
CAS would be explicitly prohibited under the following clause

The repayment of the £160 million by 777 is doe next Monday. They have requested an extension for repayment until the end of May but that has yet to be agreed by the lenders."Sky News are reporting 777 Partners have pushed back their target date for buying Everton to the end of next month and requested an extension to the repayment of a £160m loan related to its new stadium."
or should it read
777 haven't got the money
or
777 are waiting to see what league the toffees are in before putting their cash in
"Kirchner"
Or "777 don't have a pot to piss in, and Everton don't have a completed window to throw it out of.""Sky News are reporting 777 Partners have pushed back their target date for buying Everton to the end of next month and requested an extension to the repayment of a £160m loan related to its new stadium."

Whiff? The repayment of the £160 million by 777 is doe next Monday. They have requested an extension for repayment until the end of May but that has yet to be agreed by the lenders.
The PL also want £60 million depositing into a separate account, to see the club through to the end of the season, and also want to see evidence that 777 have the funding to see completion of the new stadium.
Its got the whiff of a "Kirchner" all over it.
I miss him like a pig misses swill, he was the definition of a bounder and a cad and he’d have been gold If he’d got his mitts on Derby…..free the Kirchner one .
Always the most important consideration with any job Rocka! Both you and @Bonfy177 woulda fit in at my place.

Could feel the frustration in that!Consultants - borrow your watch and then charge you to tell the time! Wankers!

I Need to take that leap. Just don’t have the balls at the min. Sole earner for my family too so a big risk. You sound like me. I took the same viewpoint and decided to work set up a business myself 12 years ago. I miss the engagement with more people but other than that I've never looked back
Where is he saying this?I see Kieran Maguire spouting a load of rubbish about us, saying that the wage bill is too high. and there is no sympathy for our breach now. he is a piece of work, he knows next to nothing about finances. repeatedly kept saying promotion bonuses are not included in PSR calculations. guess he was wrong. Our Wage Bill will be reduced quite a bit after the January window. Bonuses will be lower for staying in the PL.
I Need to take that leap. Just don’t have the balls at the min. Sole earner for my family too so a big risk.
But full respect to you and Rubics, i’ll get there one day I guess.
My apologies. I genuinely thought that the closest we were to 12th in terms of points in that first season was on the first day.We were 1pt behind 12th with a game in hand when that was submitted?
Please see above.Pfft. Facts!
Nothing but respect mate. To be honest, that initial dip is the bit that holds me backYeah there's no getting around that Bobster, the risk is always there. You can only do what's right for you but if you genuinely think you've got what it requires and the potential work there then go for it at some point.
I'll admit it took some years for it to finally pull together properly. A couple of times I thought about jacking it in but then the thought about working for more ungrateful obnoxious pricks pulled me through. I get a much better work life balance now too.
I don't know whether you call it ballsy, entrepreneurial, f***ing mental or a mixture of all tbh .Nothing but respect mate. To be honest, that initial dip is the bit that holds me back
Our youngest is off to school in Sept and my wife’s going back to work so seems like the perfect time.
*Note to self; Must grow some balls.
I meant to ask Notch, how is the Porn industry going? You sound like me. I took the same viewpoint and decided to work set up a business myself 12 years ago. I miss the engagement with more people but other than that I've never looked back
