More chance of getting another two points docked. We will definitely get 2 points back on appeal.

You just have to laugh at this point. It's on twitter. Someone's posted a section of the report
This was the best of uncle Albert , brilliant episode.
I wouldn't bet on it.We will definitely get 2 points back on appeal.

The Premier League’s certainly washed up.You just have to laugh at this point.
Hundreds of millions at stake and its all run by idiots you'd be worried about leaving in charge of a car wash.
Depends if they’re using an abacus, slide rule or super computer that day.More chance of getting another two points docked.
This panel has drawn explicit comparison to our case.I wouldn't bet on it.
Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.I'm genuinely flabbergasted by this news - honestly, I want to see us stay up as a result of what we do as opposed to what happens to someone else, so in that respect the deduction news makes no difference to that. It's just the absolute double standards and making it up as they go along that irks me. They've made a complete mockery of their own f***ing terrible in the first place rules, and ignored the daylight robbery of more than 200 million pounds worth of 'covid losses', better known as cheating.
I'm not even particularly angry at Everton, the absolute shit cheating ***** that they are, but once again I'm fuming at the premier league. It strikes me that they don't want to relegate them, as it will in turn take them into administration. If that's the case just say that. So t pretend that all their bullshit factors are real - they sold a player and reinvested more than they sold for bu the tune of about 30m iirc. Knowing they'd breached but not allowing the case to be heard in that year. And the PL allowed that? And they can't enforce their own rules on three year rolling windows? It's absolutely bizarre, and quite probably cheating on both counts.
How does this affect us? Who f***ing knows - they don't know their own rules and depending on the ramifications seem to implement them in totally different ways. Absolute shit show.
Perfectly put. I'll add to it with this ..... EPL is still content to let clubs fleece fans of every club and at every opportunity, all in the name of greed. The UK absolutely is not going to be „the first major country to regulate football“.
Football is absolutely regulated in pretty much every major country.
What the UK is proposing is to implement a completely independent regulator. And that is because the „Football Authorities“ - including the Premier League - have proven singularly incapable of governing themselves, trampling on supporters, many of the clubs they are supposed to represent, and the grass-roots of the game, in the process.
And that is mainly because their agenda is entirely based on profit, not the greater good of football.
It is, and you're probably right, but it feels more than just that.Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.
This is all so very very stupid.
I can agree with that - I hope that this league plays out with you and us still in it, though would appreciate three points in a couple of weeks by way of apology for the COVID loss piss take.Been a while since i looked in here and i see you now all fully understand the premier league has no clue what they are doing.
The first independent commission deducted 10 points.
The second one (our appeal) disagreed with that and reduced it to 6.
Then the third (your first) commission disagreed with the first two and gave you 4
then came the 4th (our second charge) and they disagreed with everyone before it and gave us 2.
We have the farce that the Ukraine war reducing our sponsorship income was not accepted by commissions 1 and 2 but was by commission 4.
Now we hear there is an argument over the redone accounts which may or may not need another commission. God knows when that will be. Its how the league should be decided though, accounting arguments by lawyers.
The whole thing is a farce. There is no set guidelines to follow and each commission has made it up for themselves. Any anger should not be directed at different clubs. It should be firmly directed in the direction of Masters and Co who even now are attempting to change the rules next season to stop the likes of Chelsea breaching.

Agree with you, All our key mitigation got put to one side, I expect that the mitigation in the appeal will reduce our deduction.Been a while since i looked in here and i see you now all fully understand the premier league has no clue what they are doing.

It has nothing to do with Luton. They weren’t in the league at the time and are massively benefiting from all this shitstorm. It’s galvanised them all season and given them serious hope. This season is going to finish with a law suit. Everton, Forest or Luton - whoever goes down is taking it to the courts.
The PL have made a rod for their own backs.
Yeah, I dont hold any malice towards your club, beyond the usual.Been a while since i looked in here and i see you now all fully understand the premier league has no clue what they are doing.

By the end of the week. Then you would assume a decision a week later.I’ve completely lost track ( & the will to live ).
When is our appeal being heard - and when do the club expect to hear the outcome?
