Administration doesn't wipe P&S or shouldn't.
It may mean a firesale of players to keep the lights on but that can take some recovery from..that could well resolve P&S but the Football League still went after Derby despite Administration.
Football League still saw numbers and had them under Embargo, got their way with -9 and 3 more suspended. Would the PL go the same way however.
