How much would it cost the FA to install VAR in all 92 clubs' grounds?

It's absurd that they use it for a replay of a game it wasn't used in.

The joke is that they are using the basic rule that matches at PL grounds use VAR but matches at EFL grounds don't.

So the likes of Leeds, Leicester, Southampton etc who went down last year...

... true enough but you'd not think they'd ripped out all the VAR kit because they went down.

How many EFL grounds actually have it? it's been in all PL grounds for a few years now so you'd assume a few CH clubs do have it.
