5M would be insane business. At that price, if we have had any interest at all in him we should bring him in. Worst case we loan him out in January.

Likely to be back on the market. Milan don’t want to pay the €12m buy option included in the loan.

Still u21. Would be worth another look for £6-8m.

We should be careful to assume he’d flunk here too. All would depend on cost and clearly if Cooper actually thought there was something to work with.

Not saying we should, but it would appear to be a potential low cost option. And u21 as noted.

Absolutely. We as Forest fans know that there are so many imponderables a player (especially young player) can face. The wrong mix of players, the manager, settling in to a new town, country, a niggle here or there.

Sometimes you hit the right club at the right time, meet the right player who clicks with you etc…

This lad seemed to have a lot of attributes we require and is a great age. I’d say definitely worth a risk for the relatively low (in prem terms) fee.

As ever, trust coops etc..

What I will say about him is he has the strengths we have seen you need to succeed in this division.

The physicality & speed alone, so important in the middle of the pitch as we have seen with the impact Danilo has made in this division and how easily Yates made the step up.

Wasn’t a Pioli favourite so barely got on the pitch. He’s in good company though as there’s a few new buys that Pioli ignored. He only played Thaiw because he absolutely had to and now he’s almost a starter.

Looked decent when he did play but with only 20minutes here and there it’s difficult to judge.

See also Adli, who looked good before he came to warm the San siro bench and maybe last years big buy CDK. All of which could be available as red bird want to sell before they buy.
