Away to f***ing Newcastle on Boxing Day.

For f***’s sake that’s bollocks.

Can't wait for all the complaints about how Cooper hasn't sorted out away form in the first 6 away games when we've played the most likely top 4 😂😂

For purely selfish reasons I'm very glad we're away and on the telebox first weekend of the season.

Sometimes the big 6 start the season cold so might be able to catch one of them early could be a good thing.

Home games all very winnable early doors.

Well let’s hope our home form is top class again.

I agree with Ashley, I’d rather not play a newly promoted team early doors, especially not one who hates us and will be fully fired up.

Oh look.
Away first and last game.
Thanks, Premier League Computer.
Once could be accidental.
Twice, deliberate.

Pleased we've got all the top boys away early. Looking forward to the new fair away ticket allocation being implemented. 🤣

On the positive, we get all the games that on balance we are favourites to lose away from home out of the way by the end of October, I only see Newcastle away in December and the Spuds away in April as other games we would be heavily backed to lose after that.

Think continuing our home form until November is crucial and should be doable.

Happy with that. Playing big teams away is better earlier in the season I think. Realistically should be targeting 11/12 points by end of Sept.
Highly doubt we'll be on 11/12 points given those away fixtures. I'd be happy with 6 to 7 points from August and September's games. We just need to focus on keeping our heads above water in the opening months of the season until the easier fixtures come around.
