Tried to select 3 seats - not even sat together - on four different devices from 10AM onwards and still nothing.
And it appears sold out now.

I had tickets in my basket at 10:01 then it removed them and now they look sold out somehow.
Did they just chuck everyone on the site at 10? Shambles yet again, sack the moron who runs the ticketing operation.

I think they just got new guys in the summer. They are doing an awful job.
They would be better off just randomising allocation amongst members than this. Imagine if you are at work atm, you have no chance all year of tickets.

Yeah I wanted 4 for me and my brothers but it only lets you select 1.. We all managed to get 1 each but it kicked us multiple times each. I think its worth just selecting 1 in the future as this was the same issue for Newcastle which we failed at getting a basket of 4 tickets for.

Yep. If they were insisting on selling more memberships than tickets available they should have run a Wimbledon (tennis) system - you get offered a ticket for certain (randomly allocated) games and you can either take them or leave them.

Problem is... that's not even the case! I had tickets in my basket, assigned them to the away members, proceeded to checkout, selected payment method, then it told me they had been released! Despite there supposedly being a timeframe when tickets in basket are reserved for before being released. Shambles.Fastest finger wins

If the club was adamant on doing it they need a competent ticketing operation which we have never had.

I just find it bizarre that so few of us had any success. Even with the 5,000 members, there were supposedly around 3,000 up for grabs. You'd have thought we would have at least a 1 in 2 hit rate, but that just doesn't seem to be the case.
