I went to away games when we were in League One, thanks for the away membership, Forest...
Don’t worry the preferential treatment will come if we go back down and no other f***er wants the away tickets again. The 2100 of us really ought to get some preferential treatment, even if its just giving us a few hours until it's opened up to all the new members.
Me too, and I had a Home season ticket for 15 years until I emigrated.I went to away games when we were in League One, thanks for the away membership, Forest...
I think the 2,100 have an extra week before the other 2,500 can stick their noses in the trough. The 2100 of us really ought to get some preferential treatment, even if its just giving us a few hours until it's opened up to all the new members.
Where have you read that? Will that be for the home memberships too as they state booking history get first dibs on those.Loyalty points from last season are being scrapped too so it won’t even be tiered it’s just a free for all.
I *think* it was Forza Garibaldi on Twitter who first mentioned the 5K cap.Where have you read that? Will that be for the home memberships too as they state booking history get first dibs on those.
Website is obviously going to crash anyway.
It would also mean the same 2,500 people would go to matches and nobody else.I think the 2,100 have an extra week before the other 2,500 can stick their noses in the trough.
It makes no difference-5,000 is too many and means some of the original 2,500 away members from
previous seasons will miss out on local games and visiting new stadiums.
What price loyalty?
I meant when game tickets go on sale mate. Let the 2100 have half a day to buy Newcastle away before the newbies get a chance.I think the 2,100 have an extra week before the other 2,500 can stick their noses in the trough.

Ah,I see what you mean.I agree.I meant when game tickets go on sale mate. Let the 2100 have half a day to buy Newcastle away before the newbies get a chance.
It's going to be website melt down for every bloody away game now, athough I'm sure the ticket office have thought this through.
Not sure that is the case?Loyalty points from last season are being scrapped too so it won’t even be tiered it’s just a free for all.
‘Ticket office have thought this through’?I meant when game tickets go on sale mate. Let the 2100 have half a day to buy Newcastle away before the newbies get a chance.

Not necessarily-not all the original 2,500 away members go to every or most away game(400 by the soundIt would also mean the same 2,500 people would go to matches and nobody else.
Somebody is going to have to miss out, I think 5k is an acceptable amount.
Yeah I do think the club should input a tier system. That’s the best of both worlds IMO. Gives some security to last years away members as well as opening up to new people. They won’t though if the below is correct.I meant when game tickets go on sale mate. Let the 2100 have half a day to buy Newcastle away before the newbies get a chance.

It is being rewarded, they are being offered away membership renewels which will get them to plenty of games - and there might be loyalty points involved still with away members during picking matches. Not necessarily-not all the original 2,500 away members go to every or most away game(400 by the sound
of it).
Loyalty should be rewarded.
Getting home tickets for none season tickets holders next season will be near impossible I’d imagine.Unless there is a cap on home memberships too, there will be no general sale periods and therefore no way for anyone new to get booking history going forward.
Exactly, they can't just make it a closed shop however unhappy it will make people.Unless there is a cap on home memberships too, there will be no general sale periods and therefore no way for anyone new to get booking history going forward.
Yes! BrilliantSo if after paying £45 for away membership you’re one of the unlucky ones that miss out on away tickets continuously and don’t make 3 away games you are then excluded from away membership the season after?!
Yes that’s it. It’s gonna be hard to even travel to games with how often things are changed in this league unless you change your working hours at the drop of a hat.So if after paying £45 for away membership you’re one of the unlucky ones that miss out on away tickets continuously and don’t make 3 away games you are then excluded from away membership the season after?!
