Notwithstanding our competing with Luton to stay in the Premier League, I was sorry to hear that Ron Baynham has died. He was believed to be the oldest surviving England player and was in goal for Luton in the 1959 FA Cup Final. As I recall, Forest welcomed him and Jeff Whitefoot (our last survivor from that 1959 team) as guests when we hosted Luton 2 or 3 years ago.
