Paddy McCourt is on trial at Blackpool. Surely he'd be worth a look? He's a player who will frustrate as much as entertain but on his day, he's a brilliant winger who would have the crowd on the edge of their seats even if just used as an impact sub.

Not sure why we are not in for him. We need wingers , and while he's not pacy , he has fine skills and he runs at players - something that our players doesn't do too much.

My other team are Rochdale. McCourt used to glide past defenders for them like he was on a walking escalator at the airport. Other Rochdale players who Forest could have snapped up include Le Fondre, Rickie Lambert, Matt Gilks, Craig Dawson (maybe a target?), Chris Dagnall, David Perkins, Chris O'Grady, Glen Murray, Will Buckley and probably more. Grant Holt too but you play a player out of position and he looks distinctly average. All the above are currently playing in the Prem or Championship and none apart from Dawson went for more than £300,000.

Pat is brilliant, but I dont think he has played more than 5 games in a row in his professional career - atrocious injury record and fitness levels

I was looking at his record, he doesn't score many, but every time he does score, it's a worldie.
