If we want s keeper then we can just get Sam Johnstone on a free. No way we are paying anywhere near £40m for one player, let alone Nick Pope who is a good keeper but wouldn't define our season.

this seems like us having a punt as Burnley are in a really bad place financially to get a top keeper on the cheap. We don’t need to spend £10m on a keeper unless it’s a deal too good to turn down.
