I ride - got my license proper for my 40th after living the mod dream on a vespa earlier in life. Went out earlier this afternoon as it happens - my bike is older and slower than yours: it's a Triumph Trident 900 dressed up in Speed Triple MK1 kit.

I haven't got the balls to race though - I like going a bit quick down the lanes but hats off to you for really pushing it. Never even done a track day.

You should do one mate you learn so much in 1 day on a track your bike would be perfect for one

The numbers at his funeral show how much of a legend he and his whole family are the film road still chokes me to watch tragic story but Michael winning the North West 200 the day after he saw his dad die in front of him is unbelievable
Brilliant film that. Robert could barely walk at the end, was basically being lifted onto the bike by all accounts. He was a bit of a different character to his brother Joey, who was beyond humble.
Joey's wife kept it as an open house when he died, anyone was welcome to come and visit, even strangers.

It's not something I've really thought about seriously but yeah, I guess you're right... I've gotten a bit risk averse in my old age though!
No reason for it to be a risk mate it's just a bigger gripper road where everyone is going the same way but definitely something you should try once
