I prefer to see us after the like of him and Abdoun rather than Djebbour and Mulenga. (Yes I know the positions are different)

He's a young player with a bit to prove, can't say I knw anything about him though.

Agree with whoever said that the idea of Abdoun and Guudmundsson is much more exciting than Mulenga and Djebbour.

Players who still have some good years in their legs, although i'm not completely against some experience. Players who we may be able to sell on for more one day, whilst improving our side is a good blueprint.

Experience is what you need, Hull think its important by signing 38 year old Steve Harper after his contract expired at Newcastle.

Hey, another player I've actually seen (albeit only twice). Bring on more recruits from the Eredivise!

Useful cross on him as I recall; not the fastest but had a trick or two and turned Utrecht's fullback inside out a couple of times.

I hate to say it, but he's been great for me on the current Football Manager. Then again, I had the same with Ashley Westwood from Crewe and said we should sign him a couple of years ago. Now he's signed a new 5 year deal with Villa. It's all bollocks really, but it's fun when a player from the game looks like they could repeat the move in real life.

Still, Bolton for some reason I seem to have it in my head that they always sign loads of Scandinavians. You know what Bolton are like.

Sorry. Basically a guy applied for the boro managers job as he had win all the leagues with Nuneaton on football manager on his pc! He was turned down as Steve Gibson chairman said he was too good for the job and would be snapped up by Europes elite

No wonder my post count..
This 100%. Had it with them being interested in the same players we are.

Its just the typical "throwing & hoping it sticks" tactic used by Sky Journalists to put more meat on the bone. Chances are its probably only one of the clubs interested.

Norwich interested? Let's add QPR and Watford. Doncaster interested? Let's add Barnsley, Wolves and Sheffield United.

Man Utd now, surely?

Assuming the game's scouts aren't drunk, there's going to be some degree of usefulness to a database like that, even if they're using an editor to see what the top PA is for youngsters each year just for a list of names.

I can't wait to read the first news article about a manager trying to sign a regen.

Not a bad idea to get names, but surely scouting systems are that good, esp in the prem that they dont need this!?!?

I have a feeling this is all to do with a sponsorship deal and it just advertises them a little better
