Sangare was a complete and utter waste of money, doesn’t look like he wants to be here and we should get rid asap, but we’ll take a hit on his fee.
Aye he was dog shite today.

Not read all pages on this thread but I hope Felipe doesn't escape criticism. His decision making can be so poor. Often charges into no man's land with no chance of winning a challenge as he did a number of times today and then he tried to see the ball out for a corner and mateta sat home down. That was the start of palace having a strong period in the game.

A point is a point but a game we should have gone for the jugular. Mr sels with some brilliant saves.

MGW has had a disappointing season, but then he was stuck on the wing for most of the first half of the season and we haven't had Taiwo much either.

Hopefully it's just a difficult second season and next year he'll kick on.

He’ll rip it up in the Championship…

Sorry

Well, I suppose we have edged out of the drop zone, so a point is to be savoured, but it should have been so much more. We must not waste these games, with tougher ones to come.

Things were going fine with Elanga on the right, Hudson Odoi on the left with Dominguez and Yates in midfield. Why has Nuno messed with it? Strange substitution at HT as well. Much prefer MGW further forwards where he can do more damage. Unlike others, I don't think we were any better second half. Bit of a rabble really. We've had a lot of games where we've deserved more than we've got but lucky to get a point today.

Think the pin I heard drop at full time spoke volumes, that said, can you even call that two points dropped given palace had by far the sharper cutting edge.

Gave ourselves a steeper mountain to climb with the team selection, Felipe looks like a player who's off at the end of the season, Sangarre/Yates clearly played straight into Eze's hands, he f***ing schooled them first half. Then theres the Origi for Elanga pick that keeps coming with little justification, I get Origi is considered the bigger goal threat, but that just isnt panning out.

Too late as it happened, but second half the penny dropped and we start to field our best options, MGw is a naturally gifted football player with the ball at his feet, to that end, you could put him anywhere & he'll do the job. What transpired was Palace clearly dropping off our base in respect of MGW, when first half they pressed it knowing full well the Yates/Sangarre partnership has absolutely no forward momentum.

The day wasnt without positives, the keeper is evolving into something very decent, Ainas reintroduction for Toffolo worked and we now know MGW is a bona fide pivot with Yates next to him. Time to give up on the Sangarre experiment once & for all. Given what starred you in the face today, surely Nuno can finally see the right way to go against Fulham.

We dodged more bullets with other results, we need all 3 against Fulham though, Luton are capable of pulling some more surprises.
