A memorable Forest v Luton for us Owd boggers.

I recognise our team is a lot more expensively assembled.
But I just don't get a sense that the players feel the urgency and seriousness of our situation, or maybe they do, but just can't be arsed.
Tough result to call.
I'd be happy winning in whatever way we can... cheating, dark arts, brilliant football... who cares.
Just win!

First came across Luton when we should have easily beaten them in 1959, but Reg Dwight's cousin broke his leg and it became squeaky bum time.

We won then just as we did thirty years later again at Wembley, but since then they have become a bit of a bogey team to us, winning or not losing because we either throw it away or referees don't know the rules (how many times have we said that).

It's matchday against them and we should win again, and I have no doubt once again we will somehow make it tricky for ourselves. Luton did their best for us on Wednesday, please don't let us waste the opportunity.

Let's hope Nuno will sort it all out, the players will feel in the mood and three elusive points will drop into our box.

I'm not going to listen or watch any pre match stuff as it is just going to be a wank fest over Luton and how much of a 6 pointer this.

Heard it all before

Don’t think that’s fair comment Captain. There’s no lack of effort but we continue to fall asleep at the back at least once a game.
