The result of this match will be determined by the mentality of our response to the Liverpool result.

Marinakis is angry, Nuno is angry, the players are angry and the fans are f***ing livid.

We need to control and manage the fire in our belly and use it to fight back.

We’re Nottingham Forest. We play, we tackle, we challenge, we battle, we fight and we don’t give up.

I almost feel sorry for Brighton.

Yes,I reckon the next 4 games (Brighton (a),Luton (a),Palace (h) and Fulham (h)) will probably
make or break our season.
Our season is already broken.
We just don't know yet how broken it is.
We've lost to the top team in the title race today, after a sterling performance, but against lower teams we have put in substandard performances.
We have lost the Head Coach who brought us up to the top division.
We are going to lose points because of the PSF failures.
We face the more mediocre teams coming up... repeat our sterling performances, and stop mising chances and we can limit further damage.
Repeat the substandard performances and we will be unable to stem the damage.

Understand your post and it has its merits of course, some true facts there.
But there is always a but.
We can still do this regardless of possible deductions.
We are more than good enough to get the required points, we have the talent and the desire, proved that against Liverpool.
If the guys had managed to pass out from the back, started Elanga on a sprint towards the goalkeeper, tripped over with the ball somehow ending up in the net off the keepers arse, we would all be massively positive about the future.

I know this is a poor scenario but football has some of the finest margins in the world.

We can still do this, I have no doubt about that

I'll be travelling down for this one. The 'gulls' are on a bit of a bad run and this worries me, though. Hopefully, ours isn't the game De Zerbi gets them playing again.

It's worth remembering the whole reason this is on a Sunday is because our match is the filling within Brighton's Roman panini. With the European places looking further from reach this season, I think it's reasonable to assume they will be concentrating more on the Europa League than the English one.

A chance to be taken. As Everton showed last time they hosted a match, they are very much gettable. Fulham beat them 3-0 yesterday with less than 30% possession.

We are doing a lot of things right, I just hope the heads are still up after a couple of heart breaking late defeats.

Absolutely, shut the f*** up being so f***ing negative.
"We have lost the Head Coach who brought us up to the top division."
Get over the Cooper fixation, he was rubbish at this level and we were lucky to be promoted. If it wasn't for diabolical refereeing decisions we'd already be safe. Move on .

Lose comfortably. Brighton is one of those teams who on their day get beat by lower-positioned clubs, just not us.

There will be some kind of boring drama, refs, Clattenberg, etc. The defense or attack (not both) will look much better, we'll be seen to have 'played good football' so nothing to worry about.

I'd also start Sangare if fit.

Two wins each and a draw in the last five. It's pretty even form wise too.

Get yer bingo cards ready:

Forest denied a stonewall penalty
Yates foul.
Forest player carded for nothing.
Elanga one on one hits the keeper.
Goal conceded because of a mistake
Goal conceded from a set piece
Tavares right footed shot over the bar.

If Tavares is back we’re 100% winning this game, we’ve missed his dynamism.
