Just had a break in Wales celebrating my youngest's 50th and she was filled with a morbid dread of getting old. I told her just a few years and she gets a bus pass and all sorts of other joys. Wasn't convinced.£8 for OAPs... the benefits of approaching the date of death are boundless

With us having a tough start to the season, I expect Cooper to put out a strong side to get a result but probably rest a few key players too. He’ll also want to get the psychological advantage over Burnley ahead of our league game in a few weeks.
Enjoy your day, come into the ground from the city by walking over Trent Bridge and get that 10 year old hooked.
