I managed to get tickets for our last 3 away games.......West Ham, Fulham & Wolves but not Brentford.....there doesn't seem to be any logic to it unless - as someone else has posted - they've given tickets for Brentford to those who haven't had away tickets for recent games.

Can I give a massive shout out to "Billy at the box office". This side of the club gets slagged off loads. So I'd like to give some praise to Billy for going above and beyond.
I emailed the ticket office yesterday evening asking for help re setting up my account to the new system, being a bit sh!te at IT. I expected an answer in a couple of days, at best. I received a response straight away.
Right up until 2238 they were helping me out.
So many thanks Billy have a great Christmas.

My streak continues of getting at least one ticket in my basket for every home game this season Strum, I have two to take one of my kids to Man United. I'm amazed you haven't got a ticket yet on any of your visits, if you look day before or day of the game when you're in the UK I'd be amazed if you don't get a ticket that you want.

Perhaps unfortunately, like many, I’m also unable to be sat in front of a computer frantically refreshing the web-page at a specific time on a Thursday either?

Me either. I've not once tried to get tickets when they are released in the Thursday scrum, not worth the bother. Every one I've got has come in the week before a game as returns or unused corporates are released and SC holders sell theirs on the exchange. I just have a window open through the week and check it now and again in the evenings. I couldn't go to the Everton game because of commitments my wife had but that morning there were tickets available in every stand.

Probably because the queue paused way later than normal as well, been to the last 3 away games as well and was successful for Brentford

Works on your phone and honestly you don't even need to check that often.

Plenty of professions whereby access to a phone at a certain point isn't possible either.

Even for those where it is, not necessarily possible anyway. Plenty of times I'm reliant on others trying to get tickets on my behalf because it probably wouldn't look too good if I was on my phone in the middle of a face to face meeting with a client.

Knowing Strummers work he'll be in the same boat. Access to phone yes but a work diary that doesn't permit using it easily.

Making it set times on specific weekdays disenfranchises many fans. It's a bugbear of mine.

Fine, but I'm talking about buying tickets on the exchange in the days leading up to the game, as is andyd. You can do that at any time of day. I get the desire to criticise the club's treatment of its fans, and that's very valid, but Strummer shouldn't let that get in the way of getting to games, which is very doable on the basic membership.

Strummer if you are in the country right and free tomorrow there are a few tickets on the exchange right now ?

A couple were on there just now. More will pop up no doubt tomorrow this evening and in the morning.

I was able to get a Bournemouth one and a Newcastle one an hour ago after not checking for many days.

My brother has missed only 1 home match all season and only in the standard MyForest bracket. All Exchange tickets and I've been surprised how many pop up in the last few days leading up to the game. Of course catching the website at the right time helps.

Out of interest, if you have a Season Card and put every game on the exchange, do you still get to renew? Sounds a bit iffy that if so. Should be some quota to abide by.

Arsenal tickets went up 25 mins ago, logged in thinking I'd only get dregs, thousands of tickets left. I appreciate £40 the Friday before Xmas is pushing it but maybe a sign of the current feelings about the club

Last minute withdrawal by me.
Never used ticket exchange before - pleasantly surprised to receive confirmation of sale just 5 minutes after I advised the club.

I think we all know we got lots of new fans in the promotion season - its just a shame some good people on here cannot get tickets who are loyal fans and they have been with us throughout the hard years and we all know they were very hard years at times.

Think some of the newer fans now have realised it maybe a few years of scrapping at the bottom 6 have decided to going back to watching on tv as they did for the past 20+ years as they don`t fancy the battle.

I have a Plus Membership and have only failed to get ticket for the Sheff Utd game so far- so from my perspective paying for a home membership has worked to get me to matches this season.

I've got a ticket in P block already so I can just email the digital ticket across if you want it. I'm more than happy to give you provide the full and authentic Nottingham Forest experience and wang it in an envelope 2 days before addressed to "Heir Strumvelt (house with flamethrower) Germany.
