Your run has been crucial in keeping us up!I've voted for a win (as I always do) however, would be happy with a draw too as it means I can continue to butcher the match day threads!
May I reign supreme!

Average manager, long careerBloody hell Woy looks OLD haha.
Great manager, great career, massive respect.
tbf i'd be happy if we did that for the next 10 years tooPalace are the definition of mid to low table mediocrity, in the 10 seasons since promotion they haven't finished outside 10-15 place and have got points ranging from 41 to 49 in every season.

He seems a really intelligent bloke. I was watching this the other day & he doesn’t seem the age he looks, still talks really well.Bloody hell Woy looks OLD haha.

A bit of a high bar if the standard is to be as good as Guardiola.Average manager, long career
Respect him but he aint no Guardiola!
He's ended it on a pretty good high too. Palace have been great since he took over.I like Hodgson, very underrated manager (despite not doing great in charge of England). What he has achieved in the game and his longevity is something deserving of a lot of respect. I think if you offered most managers a list of achievements like Roy's when they retire they'd snap your hand off. As Rzar said, he's had a great career.
Know a West Brom fan at work who rates him very highly from his time in charge of them, and said that Palace would pull away to midtable pretty comfortably when he took over; which is exactly what has happened. He's ended it on a pretty good high too. Palace have been great since he took over.
Fair dosA bit of a high bar if the standard is to be as good as Guardiola.
He has managed in 9 different countries and won 15 trophies. He’s had a great career, the only thing missing was a European trophy but he came very close twice.
I think he's got the same problem as Graham Taylor and possibly even McClaren in that his career to most people will always be defined by their time with England.Fair dos
I just think he's managed that many teams it's like you throw enough shit eventually some will stick
Everton to bid 60m when relegated.Re Johnson - my thinking is that he doesn't need a move to get international selection as he already has it and now in an "established" PL side. Of the clubs who could/would realistically afford him (given the likely price tag we'd slap on him); Chelsea/Spurs are basketcases, Man City he's not good enough (see Kalvin Phillips), Man Utd and Newcastle most likely looking for proven PL/CL pedigree players, which maybe leaves Arsenal but he's not their kind of player .... for all of them he's no way guaranteed a start.
So apart from the not insignificant fact that they might pay him a ridiculous amount of money why move from your boyhood club where you're a top dog, who are clearly looking to build on the success they've brought, with a fanbase that love you and a manager you clearly believe in who has been a major reason for your current high profile...
Any way you look at it, for me, the money would be the only motivation but at 22 he has time on his side and could play here for 3 more years and still only just coming in to his prime.
60 million what thoughEverton to bid 60m when relegated.
