1. Thinking Traore could replace Pinilos
2. Making Mance captain over Eric
3. Trying to replace Eric with Darikwa

1. Troare wasn't hials replacement Pinilios wanted too much money and too long a contract.
2. Eric may not want to be cptn but who knows
3. Darikwa wasnt his replacement just competition and a different type of wb. We did need a 2nd option.
