Tobias Figueiredo

I think he proved a lot of people wrong this season. Stepped up and played well despite coming in from the cold.

I wish him nothing but the best.

Solid player, always put a decent effort in and loved a tackle.

Thanks for the memories, Tobias!

As others have said inconsistent form over his time here but it's fair to say more good form than bad. There was talk of him inching closer to the national team at one point. Was consistent in the effort he put into the team and his willingness to get stuck in and in the way of stuff. Good servant and wish him the best.

He is a good lad, is Tobias.

DAZN here in Germany shows the Portuguese League, I might have to keep an eye on his progress wherever he ends up!

Will be interesting to see if he does go to Vitória, Cafu was also training with them towards the end of last season (during international break) maybe he'll be heading there too

I dunno whether Cafu trained with them, I think he just went to watch training - he is a big Vitoria fan and knows a lot of the players there.

Fitting how he has used the word intense to describe his time at forest. That intensity on the pitch which was sometimes his down fall. Fair play to him though-great pro, and like all the other players, when figgy played under Cooper he seemed more relaxed and enjoying playing. He begun to spray lovely cross field balls and was expressing himself, which contrasted with previous confidence on ball. Thank you Figgy.

Not the best player we ever had but gave us a shift and played his part in the bad times and also the good. As others have said wish him all the best. I regard it as a positive sign that the clubs think he's a good lad but not the calibre of player we're looking to have next year.

So all that wanting to leave because he was homesick was rubbish it seems. Would have been interesting had we not gone up.
