I watched that last night and my jaw dropped. He's obviously a manchild with zero business acumen or how to conduct yourself in business. The details he was giving out were unbelievable and should never be revealed like that.
Simon just completely had enough of him, it was as though Simon could feel his own business reputation being drained through association.

That's a revamp I like, turned an overly complicated design to simple and straightforward. Now if Wednesday could bring back the old Owl that'd be great.Thank Christ Norwich have finally revamped the badge.

I read about this Norwich one a few months ago. The problem with the original is that it's from a hand drawn design over 50 years ago and it was difficult for embroidery reasons. I believe the castle now has the correct amount of turrets.
I agree on the Sheff Wednesday one. It now looks like it's a design won by a 9 year old. The other was far better and recognisable. It seems like a commercial bollock dropped. I did wonder if it not changing back is possibly down to the rapper Drakes clothing line called "OVO" having a very similar motif since it launched. Possibly some copyright issue there now?

Watford fan I work with was telling me that on his last day as Watford owner, when the sale had been all but agreed to the Pozzo family, he marched into the ticket office and demanded a member of staff open the safe with all the ST money in it.
He was just going to clean it out and walk off with thousands of pounds. His rationale was “I’m still the owner, I can do what I want”. But the member of staff refused to open the safe until the club had been sold.
The guy is bad news. Look at his record in football. What’s he had more of now, bankruptcies or failed takeovers?

I think the Norwich badge is still overcomplicated. Just dump the castle, nothing to do with football, and the lion. Where does the lion fit in ? I know it's on the coat of arms and also on the Norfolk coat of arms (it was on the front of my school books for years), but I'm sure it's just a heraldic prop, we've never had lions in Norfolk.
Just leave the bird on the ball, make it simple like our badge.

Also agree about the Sheffield Wednesday owl, its the simplicity of the design I love - in that sense very reminiscent of our badge. From the same era too.

Benjamin Bloom is one of the best presenters I've seen on YouTube and has an almost encyclopedic knowledge of the championship. I wouldn't be surprised to see him get taken on by a broadcaster.

I only found him recently and was pleasantly surprised, since then I've subscribed and I'm liking what he puts out.
Always comes across as a fairly honest and fair guy with no prejudices or favouritisms.

I’ve just watched the last few videos with Bloom and Maguire and this Maguire bloke was the most boring and least informative ‘expert’ ever. I can’t bring myself to watch the full 55 minutes.
Bloom is still great of course.
