4 now. Just another 8 to go with 35 games to get them in.

The fact is hardly anyone has come close to it.

The fact we have been relegated 3 times in bottom place, including two record-breaking winless runs in the process, and aren't even on that list...

That Sunderland team was f***ing awful and must have thought that record would simply stay for ever, in fact it only lasted a couple of years.

Nobody will ever earn less than 11 points.
I actually think we would've if we'd just gone up keeping last season's team (including loans).

We've spent 140m and still look a bit off-par, though I suspect a lot of that is just new faces getting used to each other.

But you don't go up and do f*** all. Norwich seem happy with that because they're too good for the CH but eventually that trend will stop too.

Not a chance mate, we'd of been up there.

I'm just very happy that Coops always forms a team, a fukin good team.
If we'd kept our permanent squad (including Bong and Grabban) and not added the loans or anyone else we would be miles off.

But that was never going to happen.

There's only so much cooper or any manager can do, if the players are shit, they will reach a natural ceiling no matter how well they're coached and/or how much effort they would put in. It's probably why Man U are toss despite having world class managers.

6 matches in and Arsenal, Man City and Spurs all have 11 points or more.

Well, they're safe then.
Was going to bump it when various teams passed it.

Even if we do go down - which is probably the most likely situation at the moment, though there's a lot of chance that will change - we should get more than 11. As should most teams.

Still seems incredible a team could do that poorly. I don’t think it’ll ever be beaten.

We are 2nd bottom in September, could lose over 90% of our remaining games and yet still beat the 11 point target.
