Confirmation of Cooper, Johnson, Awoniyi and Henderson by the end of the week would be nice.

Would be fantastic and tbf I don't see any reason why it can't happen. Yes I know other Prem teams may come but call me crazy but I just have a good feeling that we will get all these guys.

Or we'll only sign Johnson up and Dane will go full 'Mark Arthur' and claim it's like having a new signing 😆

Just in case this is relevant. These are the wages of the players we are linked with. Football Manager is usually pretty accurate but maybe not always...

Listen 'ere young man

The current set up at Forest is like a goose that lays golden eggs, identify hidden gems, let Cooper work his magic and make a substantial profit even if you have to let the player go.

We had to rely on loans in the Championship (means to an end) but now Forest should reap the benefits themselves.

Another 2 or 3 years down the line, who knows we might be fighting for the top 6. The owners aren't here to settle for mid table mediocrity.

I'm not necessarily disputing what you say (ok, I suppose I am in a way), but how do you know that FM is usually accurate regarding what players are paid?

Knew that much. Personally think I was being pretty positive TBH.

think he was alluding to the fact that you mentioned “fighting for top 6” within 2 to 3 years. so prozac would explain the dreamlike heights of that guess.

100 percent agree. I think the goal this season is obviously to just stay up however we can and then build on from there. The ownership wants us to get back to Europe and really be a fixture around 7th or 8th place or even better, of that I have no doubt of. Will this season be a struggle at times? Absolutely. Will Forest fans wants to bash their computers at times or the dude sitting beside them at the City Ground? Sure.

But the owners we have and how they do things feel me with great confidence that we will do whatever we need to do to put a good and entertaining product out there for this Prem season. Starts of course with getting some signings over the line, but I think by the end of this week we will see some new faces.

Ryan Hammond £150 a week? Wonder who is agent is?
I’m assuming for young kids they don’t know anything about they use £150 as that’s what all new 16 year old players get given when the game refreshes. I assume this is from the beginning of last season too so more unlikely to be known.
