It deducted mine when I got to the final payment screen.
I think it automatically deducts it at the checkout.
I didn’t need to do anything but the total end cost was lower than the listed cost.

Yes-I had to list a ticket a couple of years ago and I’m pretty sure it was automatically deducted.I think it automatically deducts it at the checkout.

I will be renewing my SC’s later in the week - when back from Spain.
I am looking to relocate. I am currently LB and as I have got older it is more difficult to stand for 2 hours
Am I right in thinking that I have to renew - then there is a period for transferring to another area.
I can’t find any information on this

Yeah you'll have to renew first then wait for the window to open for relocation,I contacted the club only a few days back asking the same question re dates for this and they replied saying just keep an eye on the usual sites/social media for any forthcoming info.

I was wondering if any season tickets would be coming available to pro members.......probably not based on what you have pointed out.....money talks...
I can't remember what other thread i put the following info on, but this was what Billy in the ticket office advised not so long ago -
Any quantity of new Season Card sales will be dependent on what ownership permits us to sell. As the Season Card Waiting List is intertwined with our membership structure, the criteria we specify would be dependent on how many we're allowed to sell, whilst booking history would also be taken into consideration.
We will initially consider 22/23 Gold members that have held top tier membership each season since then, and have significant booking history across that same period, before considering 22/23 Silver members that have held top tier membership each season since then.
As and when eligible, an email will be sent to the email address on the customer number. Whether that will be ahead of next season, or in the future, is unknown as it's entirely dependent on variables we don't know at this time, however when we do pull the criteria, outside of 22/23 Gold members, we have to consider 22/23 Gold members that have renewed at the Pro tier each season since who also have 100% attendance record before we move onto considering 22/23 Silver members.

Was early May last year so can't be far away when the deadline to renew was over 2 weeks ago.

Thinking about possibly moving from upper to lower BC cause the Mrs moans about the stairs with a gammy knee. I’d prefer to stay upper as I ilke the view of the whole pitch from our current seats. Plus over the years, really got to know the folk around us.
So, does anyone know if you relocate then email ticket office to get the refund rather than account credit or do you request the move via email?
Hopefully if we move I don’t hate the view or get some annoying twats around us

I've just moved mine and my brothers and because my brother isn't tech savvy - i emailed the club asking to move us to the new seats we like and they responded in 5 mins saying it was all sorted. It's very easy to do online though.
If the prices are less in lower BC then they'll refund the card you renewed on but you will need to email them about that.

and yet the club still have the audacity to sell this mythical SC waiting list for a tenner a pop. A list that has never been reached and never will under current rules. I expect SC offers don't even get past the top membership tier.
They need to communicate better the fact this is only a scheme to gauge interest rather than one that offers hope of actually being offered a SC.

Great point - no mention about the waiting list.
Given that you meet their stipulated criteria , which while a little opaque seem well intentioned - that you actually need to have paid to be on the waiting list too.

No, if you are a Pro member, you get auto added to the waiting list without extra charge and then have first dibs when the few available spares get handed out each pre season.
The irony being that once redevelopment/rebuild is actually done, a waiting list probably won't be needed. It's the club not just offering, but also charging for this false hope that is so disappointing.

Does seem to me to have been a bit of a scam to get a few more £’s in.
We joined the list as gave up our ST years ago having moved from Nottingham and could just buy a ticket to any game we wanted as we were crap. When we came up we had to join the membership which is fine - but we have now had 4 years of the “Bronze” Membership and despite having been to multiple games a season, (we did 20 this year) there has been no sniff of an “Upgrade” just hoping next season we get a chance to move up the corperate ladder having spent north of £2k this season on Tickets alone.
So it looks like ST will only be offered to Gold members who were added to this “list” automatically. And the rest was basically a bit of a scam?
