Madness! Makes you wonder if our two-fers and international partnerships are targeted to negate the amount of players we have to bed in. It's almost like we know what we are doing!

Set piece specialist. Looks like we're invoking Plan B in that area if Garner is out of reach

Ukrainians are tough bastards. He certainly won't be run over in midfield. Lovely low centre of gravity and disguises passes brilliantly

Much better value than MGW, a more developed talent with bags of experience. Only downside is that there's little to no resale value given his age, not a massive issue considering what he will bring to the team this season if we bring him in

Got to be able to write off some value initially as it will be worth it if he keeps us up, it’s just making the judgment on if he is the right guy to do that with?

This would take some serious cash judging by the valuation on Transfermarkt - and the fact we'd also seemingly be decimating their midfield.

Serie A isn't a division that's generally renowned for big money moves, their budgets are miniscule in comparison to the PL. A team spending over €50m throughout an entire window in Italy is considered a significant investment

He definitely won't be cheap, but I don't think we'd have to go too far over 20m for Atalanta to start listening

Hell of a shot on him this chap.

Also, I’d be a bit wary if I was sitting behind the goal. Touch of the Guediora’s

He looked a bit too good for us in that video. The first highlight video this transfer window I have been genuinely impressed with.
I forget who it was, but I watched one the other day that made a good player look dreadful - half the time it was picking up loose balls and doing nothing with them (or cut before you could see what he did do, which to me means gave it away) and then 15 odd replays of the same goal.

Love the way he takes in a fizzed pass with players around him, controls with his instep and swivels his body around to protect it all in one movement. Did it a few times around the edge of a packed box in that video. Classy stuff.

Watching that video just made me want us to buy Luis Muriel and Duvan Zapata though! Muriel in particular looks brilliant.
