Link states that he's been overtaken in the pecking order so they want to get some money back, reported on British media and by Javier Mata (javi Mata on twitter, who reports on Villarreal), and that they'd want 10.7 euros plus add ons at least.
Christ, ads have popped up while I'm typing this out 4 times already.

20m euros is a bit different from the other report but certainly closer to what they paid. Maybe the fee is 3.5m with 17m add ons.

I struggle but the more segments the player is closer to the edge the better. It's a direct comparison with others in the players league/position.

Those particular wheels show how he measured up to other players that played his position in La Liga last season and the season before. So e.g. he was in the 93rd percentile for crosses into the box from full/wingbacks last season in La Liga. Say you were in the 93rd percentile for global intelligence you'd be an extremely smart person, 93rd percentile for global height you'd be one of the tallest people on earth.
The bars here show the same thing but for fullbacks in the top 5 leagues not just La Liga. So you can see there he was in the 98th percentile for interceptions compared to all the fullbacks that played in the top 5 divisions, it's probably safe to infer that he is good at interceptions based on that.
