At 21, he certainly made the right choice for his career. Other players of big clubs his age spend their best years from loan to loan, often in the Championship or below. He will have the chance to be a star in the Premier for years to come. And he can only benefit from the experience of very tough 90 minutes week in week out. He still needs to improve parts of his game (his first step explosivity in defence, the speed of his passes), but he clearly has quality and will be an attacking threat no matter who the opponent is.

Yes looks great going forward. A little worrying getting back in the 1st half. His passing is very good and only game 2 in the Premiership for Forest

This lad is immense, I genuinely believe that even if Spence wanted to join us we'd have gone for Neco anyway.

Ok he doesn't have the "get you up on your feet" excitement that Djed did, but his final balls and early crosses were superb, unlucky not to score as well.

He did all the things that Spence did well last season but with quality with the ball at his feet. He is a really good player isn't he, and it's easy to forget he's so young & inexperienced still.

I think the only concerns I have is about our right hand side defensively though! I am not sure him & Worrall suit each others strengths. Spence would often bail Worrall out with recovery speed. Maybe something to consider tactically?

He played well generally but I thought his set pieces were generally dogshite (or indeed, to be a bit kinder, didn't look like they were going to cause any sides any issues).

Probably something for him to practise in training as I'm sure a top prospect from one of the best sides in the country, who cost a lot of money, should have the talent and application to improve his game.

I actually can't think we don't have anyone in this squad who can take them though... Maybe they already fixed the weakness with the new lads but when we're up against it after almost a quarter of a century out of this division and a virtually new squad we can't have the "cheap" threat of set pieces being basically non-existent.

I thought he was excellent today, perhaps faded a touch at the end, which is understandable. Set pieces were mostly in the 'ok' territory but we did have a couple chances from the corners and from his beauty cross to Taiwo.

He has really good feet too. Gets by people that way rather than kick and run

I don't know what they count as a 'big chance' but I remember at least two that came from his crosses.

I'm not yet as blown away by him as most seem to be (maybe I loved Djed too much to instantly fall for his replacement) but he's definitely decent.
Same.

Obviously very talented with the ball at his feet but defensively a bit suspect I feel and not as suited to a counter attacking game like Spence was. That latter bit might not be a problem if we begin to control games more often though (Freuler/Aouar type signings will help).
