If we stay up then i'm sure he'll stay no matter what.

He'll still have 3 years left on his contract when the season finishes so even if the worst happens, i can't see him going for anything less than what EM thinks he's worth and i'd guess he'd value him at around the £30m mark absolute minimum.
Having seen what we do with 30m, I'd rather keep Neco thanks.

£30m would be a bargain these days for a guaranteed quality PL fullback.
If Anderson goes for big money, there'll be no pressure to sell anyone else. Start the bidding at £50m I reckon.
