What I like about our current setup is we clearly identify multiple targets for each position and if our first choice is a no-go quickly move on to other names on the list.

Wolves' greed could well come back to bite them on the bum.

That was the head coach Lage who didn't want to sell as he didn't think he was getting the backing he wanted, things have suddenly changed and they might be looking to get rid

Theyve signed £102m worth of players now and still haven't bought a striker! The Athletic said previously that they DID have to sell to buy, god knows what their situation is but they aren't acting like they are trying to balance the books.

Back a few pages I also linked to local paper story that said they need to balance the books because the owners were no longer putting in cash as their main company was $40bn in debt

Maybe but I'm not sure we've said we are balancing the books or need to sell to buy (Just that we are ffp compliant) Marinakis is on record as saying that the TV money won't cover his spending plans!

I think I read that from your link! Scott Sellars was trending on Twitter when it was being reported MGW all done and dusted because of the outcry of selling youth and possibly buying Guedes and the South Korean guy we were linked to.
