I wonder how many of your posts included the word tudgay?

Having run a quick database query:

SELECT * from POSTS where USER='Lard' and CONTENT like 'Tudgay'

I can exclusively reveal that the total is:

9,933 posts out of 10,000

The remaining 67 were all bollocks about Bald Eagles or something.

If Lars scores against Anderlecht, I, for one, will celebrate long into the night.

Where did you see this? I have checked Kortijk's website and I can't see were he has played a game for them yet never mind scored.

Was it a reserve team game or something? My Dutch is beyond rusty.

Got an international call up following 14 goals in 33 appearances.

Are you sure you're not referring to his 15/16 loan?

I believe he can't get a game this season looking at various sites.
Having checked it appears you are absolutely correct. That'll teach me for posting early in the morning.

Going to say, 33 games since he left us in August? 80 games a season?

Christ alive, he got an international call-up in 2015/16? No wonder Holland haven't been seen in a major finals for a few years....

Lars has actually been called up by South Africa, and is in their squad for the forthcoming international matches.

He qualifies for South Africa as his dad was South African.

AaFK have signed the Dutch-born South African Lars Veldwijk on loans.

Lars Veldwijk is a 25 year old player born in the Netherlands. He extends 1.96 meters above the ground, and is seen as a physically strong player.

Veldwijk has played a number of matches for the clubs in the Dutch top series as FC Utrecht, Excelsior and PEC Zwolle. He has also played in the old big club Nottingham Forest.

Lars Veldwijk also stands with a cap for South Africa, and is in the squad now. He has Dutch passport, but has entered the transition to South Africa, when his father comes from there.

He has scored 72 goals in 159 matches. Trond Fredriksen is clear that this is a player who brings a lot to the team.

- It makes us stronger as a team, make the banks stronger. We get into a completely different type of striker than what we already have, says Trond.

And a cracking comment from a Norwegian supporter, Forest fan, and - more importantly - LTLF member Tor at the bottom of that article!
