It’s ADIDAS (again!) and KAIYUN SPORTS not MACRON, not BOXT, or UNHCR

Current situation is there's no bugger out there who will sponsor us. I think we, LTLF, should make them an offer they can't refuse. And that offer is a bag of squirrels.

Collymore!

Thankyou Steve!
I think it’s quite a strong stance really.

We won’t sell our shirt for less than we think we’re worth.

It’s not that nobody wants to, we already know we’ve turned down “multi-million pounds offers”

EM will take it last min if needed and pay £10m

Can't say I like the no sponsor look on a game day; makes the side look amateurish. Get some damn shirt and sleeve sponsors like the rest of the world already.

Also, haven't had a beer yet, maybe that's where the anger comes from

Odd that someone wants a sponsor, when many who buy a shirt are happy without one.

I'm certainly quite pleased that I don't have some odd company which might now be bankrupt or beyond the pale on my shirt when I exercise in the morning or go digging my potatoes. (Cunning entry for all the bluesmen amongst you, just there)
I'm the other way. I don't think football shirts look right nowadays without a sponsor. I'll buy one, but will wait out for now.

Problem for me is the home shirt especially just looks painfully dull without a sponsor. If you are more than a meter away it's just a plain red shirt.

Quite disapointing there is no movement on the sponsor, the longer they leave it the less money is gonna be on the table. From a sponsors perspective we are selling our shirts with no sponsor & they are getting less games and shirt time as time goes by.

Seems like a bit of a balls up in my opinion. As apondaway says, it's a bit amateurish.

So you would prefer to buy a shirt with any sponsor, regardless who they might be?

I know it's obviously only a matter of time before an advertising slogan of some sort is splashed across the front of our shirts but, to my eyes, there was something decent and refreshingly nostalgic about the old school look of our kit on Saturday, especially given the world-wide exposure it received.

I'm speaking specifically about the team. I can absolutely appreciate fans not wanting some random sponsor on their shirt but for a professional team to have a blank shirt is simply off to me. My 11 year old has a sponsor on his shirt for goodness sake. I'm hoping a solid arrangement can be made before the next game.

I don't personally get your demand for advertising on your shirt, but that's your prerogative of course. In which case, can I assume you'd rather a see a gambling company's logo than the name of a charity or plain red in the absence of a sponsor?

Personally, no. Would rather it not be a gambling or crypto company. Forest should be able to get a sponsor commensurate with the stature of the club. Frankly I think the BOXT logo looked decent last season. My stance is purely aesthetic (ignoring the obvious financial aspects that are really non of my concern). My position is in modern football a shirt sponsor is simply part of the kit by design and this kit appears incomplete.
