The stripes look darker, more brown than champagne colour as well.

But considering how they've butchered other tops that have a pattern on them, this is a really good copy.

Anyone else find it a bit galling that the club gave Bally’s the big ‘benevolent, servant hearted’ treatment in their public info about the Community Trust sponsorship last night?

Gambling sponsors are banned in Spain so it was either a blank shirt or putting something like the Trust on it. There was no benevolence on display and absolutely zero reason to paint it that way.

Ive not looked at the official merchandise for a week or so , so can't comment on the WSL kit - that shirt is my 'this season's away shirt', and it's very rare that I get a player's name on the back 😮

Yes the women have the same kit.

The only difference is that they wear red shorts with the home kit and blue with the away.

The reason is that they don't wear white shorts in order to protect their dignity for lady reasons.

I'm blaming the pinstripes as a bad omen. I see them on our shirt and it's like I'm transported back to being a 12 year old again watching Robert Rosario and Gary Bannister upfront under Cloughie in that wretched season. We're playing like it currently. I never, ever want to see pinstripes on our home shirt again! I know taste is a personal thing but I could never understand fans liking it (and the club going for that design). Mind you, Red Side of the Trent were unanimous in their praise for the new home kit..so alarm bells there. Good blokes, but not the best judges of players (or shirts).
