Does anyone know when the away membership scheme will be announced? Will it be auto renews as well? I feel it was around the start of July when this gets sorted

Seems like there'll be an overhaul taking into account historic attendance (I've had some points from the promotion season added, although there's at least one game missing). So I imagine it'll be later than usual, and cause lots of drama!

How do you find out if you’ve had points added?

They've uploaded away games back to the promotion season. It would seem there's going to be a points based system.

Looks like away cup games are included.

Plus all the away european games count for double.

Carlise, Yeovil, Plymouth, Gillingham, Hartlepool, et al are not included.

I can see that they've added points going all the way back to the promotion season. I did go to a couple of cup games as well, so that helps. Although, I can't quite see how this will change things - presumably the people with the most points will be those in the 400 club or Priority One anyway

Why would they suddenly introduce this - added 29th June?
Suggests - no surprise - yet another change to the structure of away membership this season.
Strangely - at the beginning of last season - they said that attendance at just 3 away games would be enough to retain membership.

I've had a few points deducted, no explanation as to why. Also, the club indicated that 3 away games in 2025/26 would be sufficient to retain away membership, so not sure how that correlates with the new system. It seems a bit chaotic already, even before the announcement of a scheme... this is all going to be very Forest!!

I've no problem with them establishing a points system, I'm just trying to work out who will benefit. If you've been in the 400 club or Priority One then everything will remain the same. A few people might benefit and get moved higher up, but is there going to be a massive shift in people being able to obtain tickets.

I'm also missing some games! Good job I kept the ticket stubs... what a mess!
You’d have thought, in this day and age (and yes; even though it’s Forest), that a computer would apply the points and it’d just be a straightforward “here’s your points total, job done”????

That’s okay if the computer system works.

I distinctly remember standing behind the goal at Coventry when Brice Samba decided to allow the ball to somehow cross the line in the first game of our promotion season only to find that game has been deducted from my points (I’m also missing a trip to Arsenal).

Technology is fine if it works properly.

In fairness to Forest it’s impossible to devise a system which is totally fair.

That’s the point. It’s either been done manually or a ZX81 was involved.

This is true; it's impossible to get it just right and it'll be interesting to see what the new system is; my guess is that anyone who was in the top two tiers won't notice much change as they will have enough points anyway. It might allow people who've been able to get to 3 or 4 away games over the past few seasons a chance to buy tickets.

I'm missing two from the promotion season: QPR and Fulham. I lived in London at the time so know for a fact I went (and I remember both away ends vividly!)

I’m very impressed by those who can recall every single game they attended 5 years ago 🙄
How could I forget the the first game of the season at Coventry in 2021?

I completed the 40 minute walk back to my car on the Bedworth Road and drove 35 minutes home very concerned as to our prospects that season (1 point in the following 6 games seemed to confirm those fears).

Enter Mr.Steve Cooper and the rest is history.

Thank you,Steve.
