Da Costa, another fine example of a player dropped in to a shit circumstance and disappointed he didn't turn out to be Ronaldo.
He looked like the only one that had a creative thought in his head. He ran his bollocks off too. Running your bollocks off has been used to back home grown talent as "trying". Why not Da Costa?

It shouldn't be used to absolve anyone. Running your bollocks off takes absolutely no talent, it should be the bear minimum for the overpaid footballer.

But we're actually going to buy him then loan him to Oly, subject to the number of points between Oly and second place at the time of signing and what weather forecast is that week.

I know you're possibly saying that in jest but don't forget we owe them for the £684m we got for Carvalho and the £123m we got for Zinckernagel (Somehow even though he wasn't our player) so there could be some truth in that. (Figures included have been independently verified by Luke Phelps and the Sheeps forum)

How can Olympiacos loan a player then loan him to us?

Think he'll just sign for Olympiacos (feels much more like a target for them then us) and this is just a classic case of a journo thinking "one of the Marinakis clubs is signing him, but I am not sure which one so I'll just hedge my bets and throw both into the mix".

If it's Anderlecht I hope that we/Oly offer them an over-inflated fee so that they buy a replacement or two & then send them a cheque that will bounce with 'f*** you, that's for 1984' on it.

Bitter?. Me?
We could let them have Toffolo in exchange and tell them he's been cleared of all charges
