NEXT manager to get the chop 22/23 season.

Listen 'ere young man

Heard somewhere that Leicester are the only club in the top few divisions not to sign a single player in the summer.

Perhaps familiarity needs contempt. Time will tell.

First man down will be Eddie Howe.

Not just because we’ll spank them, but because it’ll be a downward spiral and the natives will call for his head.

Going to go against popular opinion and say the first to go in the prem will be Rogers. The natives all think they are a top six team and will throw their toys out their pram with a bad start.

Good shout, if we embarrass them again at the King Shower Stadium in early October it could be the final straw for the natives

Jesse Marsch has spent big so they won't give him much time if he's hanging around the bottom 3 in October.

Steve Bruce didn't look up to the task last season and I'm not sure the board will have much patience either if he's in the bottom half of the table.

Those would be my picks.

Gotta be Lampard for the Premier League. They threaten to get relegated every now and again, I reckon it may be their year!
I’d love Fwank to take Everton down.

Bournemouth, Brentford and Leeds for relegation. I think Everton will survive after they’ve sacked Fat Fwank.

Suprised nobody is mentioning Hassenhuttl, they have a tough start, have recruited strange players & he has been there a long time now and seem to be on the decline.

Mentioned at the top of the thread. Well kind of. 🙃

Whoever it's to be, I hope they stay long enough for the situation to be irretrievable for that club.

It seems that most clubs apparently on the brink are clubs I don't much care for, so it might be a very pleasant season.

I’m actually hoping he starts ok but then goes on one of his appalling losing streaks after the WC. I expect us to get stronger as the season goes on so could be useful to have Southampton falling like a stone in winter/spring

Yeh there's some issue with players not really warming to him. He's a bit of a fraud in my view. Everton is a big club and huge step too far for him. He should have stuck in the lower leagues

Problem is Everton will be reluctant to sack him for numerous reasons

The supporters love him in the stockholme syndrome sense. I think we have been the same with some managers where we are so shit & been through so many managers that you just don't want to see the current guy in charge sacked. I think MW was like that for us.

Sacking him will turn the fans on the board even more so, and they have spent an absolute fortune on sacking/hiring managers in the last few seasons.

That's why I think Lampard will be safe unless they are a disaster. He is not a good manager but I don't think he will be first to be sacked.

Jesse Marsch - Leeds have flogged there two best players and spent big on replacements, uncertain whether they're of the same quality.

The Huddersfield bloke - Schofield? Seem to be on a downer suffering from the play-off hangover, need to turn it round pronto which seems unlikely.
