I've given it a go, and will try to keep an eye on transfers, team selection etc, to help the LTLF League and/or Forest fans in any tables they might keep for mini-league performance, which clubs fans have the best scores on average or whatever....

Not suggesting everyone does the same, but here's a leak of my opening line-up! (which probably won't be changed now, although it could be according to the rules it seems - even the squad can be changed before the first games kick-off I think can't it, without using transfers...?)

Normally play but a few have spoilt our usual league by religiously following online tipsters who plan it all to the most minute detail. I dont have the time or the will to dedicate to it like that so just end up effectively wasting a tenner joining the league.

Used to be much better when we did it all on gut feel and we're equally terrible.

Switched out a hoped for Forest player, who has gone on loan to a club that had the player I'm bringing in last season (who apparently advised him to go there - would have been great if he'd advised him to come to Forest so he could end up at the same club, but anyway....).

The player coming in seems like he might finally be a Forest player now anyway, so that still gives me 3 Tricky Trees/Super Reds.

Facilitated that swap by putting in Olsen the Villa back-up keeper, for Sa the Wolves first choice one.

Should we move this to the football forum? seems a bit out of place hiding in here!

I have gone very top and back heavy, the risk of putting nothing on the bench paid off last year for me. I have crammed 4 Arsenal players in as they have been red hot in pre-season (so prepare for loss tonight)
