If you want to build a proper team for the future, you need to allow some players to grow along with the team. A squad of ready, proven at this level professionals, with nothing to learn, so to speak, is not a sound recipe in the long run. You need a mixture of hunger and ready quality.

How are we feeling about CM at the moment? Felt like we were going to break our record for one earlier in the window, but have instead added a number of really good value players (who look strong so far).
I personally am very happy with the group, but still get the feeling Forest are willing to spend more here given the Sow links
