Fresh blood is needed , be it Curbishley or Big Sam.
Doughty will not be appointing Curblshley or Big Sam. We are more likely to hail the glorious return on Neil Lennon to the City Ground as manager than see either of these two chaps come to a club who are going to struggle to stay in the second tier of English Football.

I am aware the players are brought in by the manager...
I don't normally disagree with you, but you know that our players are bought in by committee and are a reflection of Doughty, Arthur, Clownderwood, Pleat and the rest of the shitty scouting system.

I think you're losing your way a bit here sir. I am dissapointed.

Pleat works his bloody socks off for this club, scouting Europe for talent. Why, only last week I heard him at Anfield, scouting Liverpool vs PSV Eindhoven for us.

Doughty, well, you know I hate that man.

Arthur is someone you don't seem to understand. This I suspect is because he is serious about promotion, and you aren't.

I will not have a bad word said about our scouting system. David Friio is immense. He found us Guy Moussi and he is the best player in the world. I have a Moussi T-Shirt and let us not forget this...

In other circumstances , i would say to stick with Calderwood because better the devil you know than the devil you don't but at this point of time , i'll rather risk it and have ND bring someone new in since CC doesn't know how to fix it.
