i am a season ticket at Forest and am looking to buy a ticket for the Valencia pre season match but can’t see any way of buying one. Any ideas?

You have to apply for a platinum membership of Notts County and then you’re allowed to join the ballot for tickets. With the membership you get a free sponge to wipe away the tears.

We think we have successfully purchased tickets, but still haven't had any e mail to confirm, nor any tickets sent by e mail.
Mrs S contacted the ticket office, and they explained tickets would be sent by e mail after tomorrow's game against Cownty.

when you go into your account and look at the purchase - there's a button that says resend email

The site says tickets are limited to one per account holder. If there are any left when they’re on general sale, how does this work if I want to buy a kids ticket as well? Do I have to create an account for my son? He’s only 5 so seems a bit overkill, he doesn’t have an email address etc

Create an account for him anyway mate. Just use your email address for him. It's worth having one, I set one up for my 5 year old recently before the Barnsley game

The unique identifier is the customer number, and you use that log in (with the password, which can also be the same) and to link the accounts.

Yes mate as redemption says it's the member No that will identify him so you can set him up but use you're email address.
I've always used set my kids up with email addresses too at this age too so they have a sensible one with their names rather than them setting their own up when they're older older and it being something stupid like monstercock@gmail.com
