Souvik
First Team Squad
Though his middle name should be Priceless
Exactly. So calm under pressure - he's an incredible talent.Quiet or not, I'd start him every game. He's a scoring machine and already doing it at this level.
Wait until MGW, Lingard and Brennan clickQuiet or not, I'd start him every game. He's a scoring machine and already doing it at this level.
My last post in here before today. Boosh.I've just read on the BBC website gossip column that Everton are close to signing Brennan Johnson from Forest. What do we know about him?
He's going to sparkle soon, I can feel it in me bones.
For me he's all about the burst - folk think they've got him sorted and then he just explodes into life. You can't teach that sort of composure, last week or this week. It's weird as you'd have him down as a classic skinny and quick pacey winger, but his main strength is his old-school number nine ability in front of goal.
FYI I thought he played with a bit more confidence today. Not sure if anyone else thinks this, or has maybe even said it, but he almost seems shy on the pitch I think, like he's almost asking to be left alone. Nice humble kid...needs to be more of an arrogant aggressive prick sometimes though and I mean that in the nicest way possible lol
Thought he showed a lack of respect doing that stuff. Brennan shouldn't have cleaned him out but who cares lolI thought Brennan played very well today and was a real handful for Spurs. I'd also like to commend him for taking out that mocking asswipe Richarlison.
Haha, exactly what Brennan did if I recall correctlyWhat would Psycho have done?
Cleaned him out harder, faster and injured him....but got the ball and not a cardThought he showed a lack of respect doing that stuff. Brennan shouldn't have cleaned him out but who cares lol
What would Psycho have done?
I think Richarlison is fortunate it was Brennan chopping him down. If it was McKenna or Cook I think he'd be still on the pitch now looking for bits of leg.Thought it was a poor tackle as he barely touched him. Should have hit him harder.
That's a really good point, didn't know that.He is doing well. One thing you notice is his pace is less dangerous because everyone is so quick!
But I think baring that in mind he is adapting really well which tells you how good he is.
9 of our first 11 today were in the Championship last season and the other 2 weren’t playing in the Prem. I think we are adapting brilliantly and we can be very happy with the first 4 games.
