Which game was that cross he did with the outside of his boot where I think Henderson scored?
That was absolute wizadry. I am sure someone had it on a meme after he did it.

Reidy's bullet-corner for Jack Hobbs to head-in for 1-0 to beat the sheep.

My favourite goal of that season.

That goal against Bolton away under SOD. Big test of the season and we looked great. He'd come back slim and fit and looked class. Typical Davies foul for their goal. Belter from Lewis too. Those were the days.

I recall his debut. Think it was a hammering of Sheffield United ? Looked quality that night and always gave his all. A sad but totally expected loss. I wish him well in the future.

He reminded me a lot of Steve Hodge.

great player and servant to the club, When he volleyed that second goal in against the Blades I thought our time had come. Alas not to be. Have a good career whatever the future holds for you Andy......Time to step up a gear Benny

You don't cross a ball like that. You just don't.
If anyone else tried it it would end up in the Bridgeford stand. But this was the brilliance of Reid. Pin point cross.
I'll miss watching him ping balls like that.

Decent vision from Harding to pick it up as well rather than just chucking it into the mix like someone like Halford would have done. Though Reidy could always have shouted for it.

I still think he was a much better option than Fox, though you can see why we did the same thing as Soton did. Perhaps not the most accomplished player and did have a few hairy moments but no absolute nightmares.

As with so many players, if he'd just f***ing stayed here and develop the side along with himself, where might we be? Obviously there's many reasons for a young player to depart and we flogged his entire generation eventually, but hopefully he's impressed upon Burke et.al. the upside of remaining Trentside.

Where's me hammer?
Cant believe all the folk bigging up what an influence he could be.... Roy Keane described him as the most unfit footballer he'd ever met.. he spent most of his career looking like an amateur heavyweight wrestler rather than a pro footballer.... Good footballer but hardly somebody id advise a young football player to emulate.

Should have done so much more with his career, wasted his talent in so many ways.

Devastated to hear Reidy has finished. One Andy Reid (half fit) is worth all of our summer signings combined. That's how bleak the future looks. It's like a death in the family.
