It may be, but I think it's a smart move. Andy's a leader and this gives him more authority. This season mo he's just been part of the squad and costing us, now we aint spent a bean extra and he can use his leadership skills to help shape & motivate us.
Even if it don't work it aint cost owt. Good move IMO.
