It's not just saves. I think he made more errors in his first season on that front when our goal was under heavy threat many games. Maybe about 3/4 times but it would have been harsh to criticise because of his brilliance in the saves he made. He has always been an excellent shot-stopper.
But I...
Agreed lads.
My only concerns were can he push himself to go to another level & find even more consistency? Does he have the ambition and drive to do it. Being 'punished' and left out the team recently I think has given him more focus to hopefully do that.
Been a brilliant signing. One of our...
Blackpool winger. Transferred for big money as a teenager from QPR to Everton. But was stuck in their U23s. Had various loan spells. Looks like he signed a 1+1 (option) deal with Blackpool.
2nd bid rejected
In Danny Taylor's Athltic article this morning he says he was sitting in the Directors box and someone said about him: "He’s a speedboat, not a footballer."
First goal for Caen yesterday and earlier in the week he said his future may still lie with Forest after hearing about Cooper coming in who matches his outlook on football
Agreed RR. That's exactly it.
Cooper also recently name dropped Fin Back. Saying he would have been with the first team now if not for an injury.
So with Tutu back and playing an U23 game and Jayden's pathway seemingly blocked a little loan to Notts will hopefully help with a league loan in Jan.
I would imagine they will replace Djed if he can't come back & almost certainly if Desmond is crocked
Just seen AFCON is in Jan 2022 & Drager will be there.
I suppose in an ideal world Murphy/Cooper would love to trade Cafu, Carvalho, Silva for another forward option they feel can influence the squad.
But like Murphy said, with getting unwanted players out (ie Jenk/Bong) and fine-tuning the squad it may take 3 transfer windows.
Suspect he like Drager might have been stop-gap signings. Cheap and will be relatively easy to off-load.
But that is just assuming. Don't want to knock the players before they get to play.
Penalties are wrong for some of the older players. Probably struggled to collect if a pen goal for some of the older data ? As you can see, some of the even older players don't have pens by their name.
One or two other things like the year Baker and Wignall played to as well but overall that...
Hornchurch left-sided player.
Been described as a winger or a midfielder.
But the #11 here almost looks LWB so covers the left-side of the pitch and might be our LWB back-up if true.
He was the 19th player last night.
I'm not expecting much from a player close to signing for Aris in Greece but if he is indeed a talent to be polished do we expect to see him take Taylor's spot on the bench anytime soon?
