1. Name

The name of the community shall be Foretforum.co.uk, hereafter referred to as "the Forest Forum".

2. Purpose and Aims

The Forum exists as an online discussion platform powered by XenForo software. Its purpose is to provide a structured, well-moderated environment for discussion, information sharing, and community engagement.

3. Membership

3.1 Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who register an account on Foretforum.co.uk and agree to:

3.2 Account Responsibility

Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their account and all activity conducted under it. The Forum reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts at its discretion.

3.3 Multiple Accounts

The creation or use of multiple accounts for abuse, evading moderation, or manipulating discussions is prohibited.

4. Governance and Authority

4.1 Ownership and Ultimate Authority

Foretforum.co.uk is privately owned and operated. The Forum Owner retains ultimate authority over forum operation, moderation standards, rule enforcement, and administrative decisions.

4.2 Administration Team

Administrators and Moderators are appointed by the Forum Owner and act on behalf of the Forum. Their authority includes:

• Editing, removing, merging, or relocating content
• Issuing warnings and infractions using XenForo systems
• Restricting, suspending, or banning accounts

Moderation decisions are final unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Moderation Discretion

Moderators may act proactively and at their discretion to prevent disruption, maintain discussion quality, and protect the Forum and its members. No member has an automatic right to post or retain content.

5. Rules and Enforcement

5.1 Forum Rules

Forum Rules are published separately and enforced using XenForo’s moderation and warning systems. They form an integral part of this Constitution.

• Content editing or removal
• Temporary account restrictions or suspensions
• Permanent bans, with or without prior warning

5.3 Appeals

Members may submit an appeal through the process defined by the Administration Team. All appeal outcomes are final.

6. Content and Licensing

6.1 User-Generated Content

Members retain ownership of their content but grant Foretforum.co.uk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, reproduce, distribute, moderate, edit, or remove that content.

6.2 Content Removal

The Forum may remove any content at any time without notice if it is deemed to breach forum rules, laws, or community standards.

6.3 Prohibited Content

• Harassment, abuse, or hate speech
• Defamatory or misleading information
• Spam or unauthorised commercial promotion

10. Termination of Service

11. Acceptance

By registering and using Foretforum.co.uk, members confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to this Constitution, the Forum Rules, and all associated policies.
