Do we think we will get anyone else in before Saturday?
No I don’t think so. These last remaining targets sound more difficult to get over line. Could run right up to the end of transfer window. Based on nothing but my guesswork
MGB - looks more likely he’ll stay at Wolves
Cornet - think he prefers someone like WHU
Dennis - not sure that one’s moving much
Garner - very quiet, think Utd prefer to loan

Yeah feels like we have had 2 extremely quiet weeks after the initial rush. Here’s hoping it’s quiet because they are negotiating down big fees for important targets.

I will say I hope the 11 are healthy for Saturday as you don’t want to touch our bench unless you have to. Zero attacking options outside of Surridge

Supposedly asked Inter about striker Andrea Pinamonti, article suggests he's already agreed to go to Atalanta though, they just need to agree a fee with Inter:

This is being reported in Italy again, no real solid source yet but he still hasn't gone to Atalanta so perhaps worth keeping an eye on.

I've just flicked on SSN and there's no yellow. No breaking news; just some dull stuff on the ticker. Then i put BBC news on, no red BREAKING stuff.

Feels weird and unsettling.

I think we only need a couple more of good quality, then a cracking loan signing to round things off.

Dennis, Cornet and Winks

I can see us getting that RWB on loan from City that we chased earlier in the window and looks like they scared everyone off with the price.

I hope the Dennis & Bowler speculation is true

I’m warming to the McAtee loan idea - very talented lad, bit of a wild card sub in any advanced areas and ready made back up for Lingard or Johnno
A decent shout but not convinced he fits our system?

Not that I have seen lots of him, but doesn't scream to me that he would be good in a counter attacking side with not a lot of the ball.

Wouldn’t say now to O’Hare from Cov either. He’d be a good fit stylistically for the way we play and a ready made starter next year if the worst happens this year.

I still think he’s got more goals in him. If he starts scoring more regularly he’ll be a hell of a player.

I agree, he's been excellent most times I've seen him play.

I think the rumour is that if Cornet is sold then he's off to Burnley but I wouldn't be averse to jumping the queue!
